Contract Administration

To ensure your building work projects are correctly executed on agreed terms, AMC provide our clients with a range of contract administration and project management services. 

Within these services we can provide design and specification of the works required, budgeting, tendering, reporting, as well as formal appointment of the successful contractor. We prepare and implement building contracts using a nationally recognised suite of contracts, where key matters such as specified works, programme of works, contract sum and payment terms are outlined and agreed in advance. 

 

With a contract is in place, we then administer the contract, overseeing the works being undertaking, inspecting progress, quality of works, manage costs, as well as manage all contractual matters from pre-construction, through to Practical Completion and hand over. 

 

This service also includes, but not limited to; management of all Contractor payment valuations, site meetings, variations, extension of time requests as well as invoicing, ensuring your project is delivered to the standard you expect and contractually managed from start to finish.
