Objective:
To specify, procure and project manage strip- out, sub-division and CAT A refurbishment work to a former boxing gym to enable tenant occupation.
Outcome:
| AMC were appointed to establish a client brief, specify, procure, administer a building works contract and project manage the works to practical completion ensuring compliance Planning permission and building control regulations.
Working closely with our Client we were able to establish the Client Brief from which designs were developed, and a feasibility assessment undertaken with post assessment value engineering options provided. Competitive tendering was implemented by AMC under a Contract Administration instruction with a Contractor appointed under a suitable building works contract. AMC Administered the contract through to practical completion ready for occupation by the incoming tenants delivering the project on time and with a budget saving of approximately £60,000.
