To design, specify, procure and project manage extension, alteration and improvement works for the purpose of making additional classroom facilities and useable space.



AMC were appointed to establish a client brief, design, specify, procure, administer a building works contract and project manage the works to practical completion.

Working closely with our Client we were able to establish the Client Brief from which designs were proposed and a feasibility assessment undertaken with post assessment value engineering options provided.

Competitive tendering was implemented by AMC under a Contract Administration instruction with a Contractor appointed under a suitable building works contract.

Works were programme sensitive with the majority of the works only able to be undertaken during school holidays. AMC were able to work with our Client to enable this and ensure new facilities were ready for earliest occupation.

The project works were managed by AMC, completed on time and within budget to our Clients satisfaction.
