Contract Administration
Project works value: Circa £475,000 +VAT
Objective:
Convert the existing property into flexible, high specification, residential accommodation for students, which can be easily changed to form apartments for City Centre based professionals if so required.
Outcome:
From our research into the history of the building, working closely with the conservation officer and a local architectural technician, we were able to change the layout and refurbish the property to provide 3 apartments comprising a total of 10 bedrooms, each having its own en-suite whilst maintaining the character of the original building. The property now provides high specification accommodation for international students and one of few privately owned buildings of its type in Coventry City Centre.
