Objective:

To design, specify, procure and project manage part demolition and reinstatement works to make safe and useable for current and future use.

Outcome:

AMC were appointed to establish a client brief, design, specify, procure, administer a building works contract and project manage the works to practical completion.

Working closely with our Client we were able to establish the Client Brief from which designs were proposed and a feasibility assessment undertaken with post assessment value engineering options provided.

This was a programme sensitive project where the majority of the noisy and disruptive works could only be undertaken during school holidays. AMC worked closely with our Client to ensure this was achieved and disruption was limited.

Competitive tendering was implemented by AMC under a Contract Administration instruction with a Contractor appointed under a suitable building works contract.

The project works were managed by AMC, completed on time and within budget to our Clients satisfaction.
