AMC Property recently completed a pre-acquisition survey of this multi-occupied 5 storey commercial building, located in the heart of Birmingham City Centre Business District.

Project update - New Build Industrial Unit, Leamington Spa

Appointed as Contract administrator, AMC Property is overseeing the ongoing progress of this new build industrial unit. 

Work is progressing well with the roof now installed and block work nearing completion.

Practical Completion - Roof re-covering

A AMC Property completion photograph from a school re-roofing project in Coventry, which involved installation of a Garland felt roofing system supplied with a 25 year insurance backed guarantee.

Practical Completion - Fire Damage Reinstatement June 2019

Fire damage reinstatement work undertake at the above/below property in Cheltenham. Following a fire at the property, AMC Property were appointed to inspect, design and specify reinstatement works. We were then appointed as contract administrator to undertake the works back to a safe and habitable condition.

Pre-aquisition Survey - 20,000 sq.ft. Commercial Building

AMC Property appointed by our client to undertake a pre-acquisition building condition survey of this large freehold detached commercial building in Coventry.

Dilapidation's Survey - 17,500 sq.ft. (June 2019)

AMC Property have just completed a schedule of dilapidation’s inspection on this 17,500 sq.ft industrial unit on behalf of the landlord, which was tenanted on a full repairing and insuring basis.

License for Alteration - Tenant proposal and work inspection - May 2019

AMC Property appointed by our client to review extensive tenant fit our proposals, monitor progress and undertake a sign off inspection at a large commercial property in the West Midlands.

Following review and frequent liaison with the tenant, we were able to ensure the tenant both complied with the license for alteration agreement and statutory obligations.

Pre-acquisition Survey - 14,000 sq.ft. commercial building - April 2019

AMC Property appointed by our client to undertake a pre-acquisition building condition survey of this multi-occupied commercial building for freehold purposes.

Dilapidation reinstatement project - April 2019

AMC Property appointed to undertake an inspection and prepare a schedule of dilapidation’s on behalf of the Landlord, in anticipation of an imminent tenant leasehold expiry.

A financial settlement was then negotiated with the tenant on behalf of the Landlord, works were specified, tendered and the selected contractor appointed under a JCT Minor Works building contract.

Reinstatement works completed in accordance with the contract and the two commercial units were then returned to a lettable condition.
