Schedule of Condition

Basis: Internal Repairing leasehold basis

Acting for: Tenant

Objective:

To prepare a schedule of condition to appended to our clients proposed lease agreement to record the condition of the premises at occupation.

 

Outcome:

Following completion of isolated remedial works by the Landlord, AMC were appointed to inspect and prepare a photographic schedule of condition on behalf of our client the tenant.

The demised premises were proposed to be held on a full repairing and insuring basis, which meant both the internal and external elements of the building were included.

A comprehensive photographic and text schedule was then prepared which was then agreed with the landlord, ensuring the condition of the demise at commencement was recorded for future and expiry referencing.
