Following our pre-inspection review of all lease agreement and associated documentation we established the basis and the exact terms in which the tenancy was held.

In addition to our inspection, we worked closely with a Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) company to ensure a full detailed understanding of the current installations condition, identification of any breaches present in accordance with the lease, as well as any M&E works needed.

Through careful planning and co-ordination, our team were able to inspect all areas of the site internally and externally, including roofs, and prepare a comprehensive claim ready for formal service by our clients appointed solicitor ready for formal response.
