Objective:
Review the formal schedule of dilapidation’s claim made against our client, inspect and negotiate to settlement.
Outcome:
AMC were appointed to inspect and review a schedule of dilapidation’s claim made against them by the Landlord on behalf of our client, who was a tenant at the property.
A post lease expiry was undertaken in which we were able to establish grounds for counter argument and build a defence against the Landlords surveyors claim.
Negotiating against one of the UK’s largest surveying practices, AMC were able to negotiate a financial settlement at a significantly reduced sum to conclude the matter whilst also ensuring our client was released from any potential future dilapidation’s liability.
