Objective:

Inspect and identify maintenance needed over the next 5 years to allow the client to budget sufficiently and allocate funds.

 

Outcome:

AMC were appointed to inspect and identify maintenance required over the next 5 years at the site to assist with budgeting and implementing necessary maintenance.

Our inspection included all areas within the site boundary, which included but not limited to, the buildings, the playground hardstanding, soft landscaping and boundary fences.

From this we were able to prepare a comprehensive stock condition survey with associated estimated cost budget for each item. This enabled our client to  review their existing expenditure, programme and implement the works using their workforce in accordance with our recommendations.
