Objective:

Inspect and identify maintenance needed over the next 10 years to assist with improved maintenance and service charge budgeting.

 

Outcome:

AMC were appointed to inspect and identify maintenance needed over the next 10 years at this large-scale commercial office building and surrounding grounds to assist our client with implementation of on-going maintenance works and service charge budgeting.

Our inspection included all external areas of the building, as well as all elements within the estate boundary, which were identified to be the responsibility of our client in accordance with the lease agreement.

From this we were able to prepare a comprehensive planned maintenance schedule with associated estimated cost budget for each item. This enabled our client to review their existing expenditure, programme and implement the works using their workforce in accordance with our recommendations.
