Schedule of Condition

Objective:

AMC were instructed by the incoming tenant ahead of signing a full repairing lease to prepare a detailed photographic schedule of condition for the purpose of appending to the lease agreement.

 

Outcome:

AMC were able to inspect the circa 78,000 sq ft property in one day including carrying out a drone survey of the roof areas and were able to issue the detailed report within 5 working days.
