Acting on behalf of the Tenant

Basis: Full repairing and Insuring leasehold basis.

Objective:

To prepare a schedule of condition to appended to our clients proposed lease agreement to record the condition of the premises at occupation. To undertake a building condition survey of this large industrial warehouse on behalf of the tenant looking to occupy this premises.

 

Outcome:

AMC were appointed to inspect and prepare a photographic schedule of condition, including detailed text references, to record the condition of the building and associated grounds at commencement of a proposed new lease.

AMC were also appointed to undertake a leasehold pre-acquisition building survey.

We inspected both the internal and external elements of the building, including the roof using our in-house qualified and insured drone pilots.

With our technical background and expertise in these matters, as well as working closely with our client enabled AMC to provide our client with our technical assessment in the shortest timeframe possible, further enabling them to make a better-informed decision prior to progressing the freehold purchase of the property.
