Objective:

Inspect, report and tender necessary fire damage remedial works

 

Outcome:

Following an extensive fire AMC were instructed to inspect and assess the extent of the damage, as well as identify what works were needed to rectify.

Our inspection established extensive damage and remedial works being needed, externally, internally as well as to the existing service installations.

Following our report AMC were instructed to prepare a specification of fire damage remedial works and tender the work to establish costs. Following this and our tender reconciliation report analysing the tender costs received and provided our recommendations.

By using our report, the loss adjuster and the building owner were then able to conclude and agree a settlement to cover the costs or reinstatement works.
