Objective:

AMC were instructed to inspect and prepare a reinstatement cost assessment (Fire insurance valuation) to assess the replacement cost of the buildings for insurance purposes for our client at this residential site of approximately 130 apartments  .

 

Outcome:

The reinstatement valuation for these buildings include the foundations, building frame, shell and core, external area works and landlord’s fixtures and fittings.
