Objective:

Undertake reinstatement cost assessment for insurance purposes for each property.

 

Outcome:

AMC were instructed to undertake and prepare a re-instatement cost assessment for a large portfolio of industrial properties located across the UK.

Using our experience and knowledge of insurers and insurance brokers requirements, we were able to provide our client with both guidance as well as carefully calculated figures from our assessment, which enabled our client to obtain competitive quotations with the reassurance that from our assessment, their building would adequately insured going forward.
