Objective:

AMC were instructed by the Care Home following concerns by the Trustees that RAAC (Reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) may be present within their property following the recent press publicity of the issue and the age of the property.

 

Outcome:

AMC were able to carry out a detailed survey of the property and confirm that that no RAAC was present within the areas accessible, providing reassurance to the Trustees.
