Objective:

To replace a large section of defective flat roof covering including sub-structure, back to timber decking level whilst improving the thermal efficiency of the roof.

 

Outcome:

Through careful planning and co-ordination, AMC were able to implement roof strip back, repair and recovering, installing improved roof insulation and new roof lights, whilst also providing our client with a 20 year insurance backed guarantee solution.
