Prepare a Terminal schedule of dilapidations in accordance with an upcoming lease expiry date.

 

Outcome:

Following our pre-inspection review of all lease agreements and associated documentation we established the basis and the exact terms in which the tenancy was held.

Through careful planning and co-ordination, our team were able to inspect all areas of the site internally and externally and prepare a comprehensive claim ready for formal service by our clients appointed solicitor ready for formal response.
