Objective:

AMC were instructed by the current tenant to carry out a building condition survey prior to acquiring a freehold interest in the property as well as provide a Reinstatement Cost Assessment (RCA) for Insurance valuation purposes.

 

Outcome:

AMC were able to inspect the Grade II listed building and issue the Executive Summary Report within 4 days and the full report within 7 days of undertaking the survey. AMC reported on all defects requiring urgent attention prior to purchase as well providing budget costs for essential repairs and maintenance and repairs over a 10 year period.

AMC also took site measurements and provided a Reinstatement Cost Assessment (RCA) for Insurance valuation purposes which was issued 4 days from inspection.
