Objective:

AMC were instructed by the purchaser of the property to carry out a Pre-Acquisition Building Survey prior to purchasing the Freehold interest of the property.

 

Outcome:

Several AMC team members undertook the inspection in one day and arranged for the attendance of specialist Mechanical and Electrical Engineers as well as a CCTV survey of the  below ground drainage.

AMC were able to issue the full report including budget costs for essential repairs and maintenance works within 8 working days of our inspection.

Following issue of our report, AMC assisted our client with several queries following results of the legal and utilities searches and continued to assist our client until the transaction had completed.
