10 Year Plan

Objective:

Inspect and identify maintenance needed over the next 10 years to assist with improved maintenance and service charge budgeting.

 

Outcome:

AMC were appointed to inspect and identify maintenance needed over the next 10 years at several large multi-occupied residential apartment blocks within a larger estate residential estate, including all surrounding grounds, to assist our client with implementation of on-going maintenance works and service charge budgeting.

Our inspection included all roofs, external areas of the buildings, as well as all elements within the estate boundary.

From this we were able to prepare a comprehensive planned maintenance schedule with associated estimated cost budget for each item. We were then able to tailor our programme to suit the existing budget requirements prioritising essential immediate works whilst planning more long-term works ensuring our clients budget was maintained.
