Party Wall Services provided for Development in Birmingham

Mixed use development comprising commercial units and 148 apartments.

Objective:

To act as Building Owners surveyor and ensure compliance in accordance with The Party Wall Etc. Act 1996.

 

Outcome:

Proposals were reviewed with extensive searches undertaken to identify all Adjoining Owners. Acting as Building Owners Surveyor, suitable notices were prepared and served with statutory timeframes and requirements managed throughout the process.

AMC were then appointed by all eight Adjoining Owner’s to act as Agreed Surveyor. Comprehensive Photographic Schedules of Conditions and Party Wall Awards were agreed in a timely manner to avoid unnecessary delays to the Building Owner’s programme.
