Objective:

To ensure all Party Wall Etc. Act 1996 obligations are established and complied with to enable the lawful commencement of party wall related works in respect of the Building Owners proposed works.

 

Outcome:

AMC were formally appointed on behalf of the Building Owner (B.O.) to firstly establish what obligations were applicable in respect of the Part Wall Etc. Act 1996.

AMC undertook an in-depth review of the proposals, inspected site, prepared detailed notices which were then formally served to commence the statutory notice period time frames.

Acting on behalf of the Adjoining Owners, which included a Public House operated by a subsidiary of Heineken, we met with the appointed surveyors, undertook inspections, prepared schedules of condition and agreed associated Party Wall Awards, which then enabled the Building Owner to commence works as promptly as required to their satisfaction.
