Objective:

To build a new industrial storage unit on a vacant parcel of land to allow for our client’s additional storage requirements.

 

Outcome:

Pre-contract:

An initial client meeting was held and an inspection undertaken, a client brief was established, and a design team formed. We worked closely with both the client’s architect and the appointed approved inspector to finalise designs as well as ensure pre-plan check approval was obtained. Following this, we prepared a specification and comprehensive tender package which was tendered, analysed and a main principle contractor appointed.

Construction Phase:

AMC works closely with the contractor and client to ensure not only was the client brief achieved but to ensure the project was delivered within budget and on time.

Result:

Practical completion was achieved which provided our client with a new storage facility to the rear of their building with flexibility to allow for future rental income.
