Objective:

Inspect and identify maintenance needed over the next 10 years to assist with service charge budgeting.

 

Outcome:

AMC were appointed to inspect and identify maintenance needed over the next 10 years at the site to assist with service charge budgeting and implementing necessary maintenance.

Our inspection included all areas within the site boundary, which included but not limited to; the buildings, public footpaths and right of way routes through the site which were the responsibility of our client.

From this we were able to prepare a comprehensive planned maintenance schedule with associated estimated cost budget for each item. This enabled our client to  review their existing expenditure, programme and implement the works using their workforce in accordance with our recommendations.
