Inspect, measure and undertake reinstatement cost assessment for insurance purposes

 

Outcome:

AMC were instructed to inspect, measure and prepare a reinstatement cost assessment for our client at this large multi-occupied residential apartment building site in Birmingham.

Using our experience and knowledge of insurers and insurance brokers requirements, we were able to provide our client with both guidance as well as carefully calculated figures from our assessment, which enabled our client to obtain competitive quotations with the reassurance that from our assessment, their building would adequately insured going forward.
