Objective:

Inspect and identify maintenance needed over the next 10 years to assist with improved maintenance and service charge budgeting.

 

Outcome:

AMC were appointed to inspect and identify maintenance needed over the next 10 years at the site to assist our client with implementation of on-going maintenance works and service charge budgeting.

Our inspection included all areas within the estate boundary, which included but not limited to; Several of the roofs and buildings, perimeter fencing, security gates, lighting, roadways, parking and drainage, which are the responsibility of our client.

From this we were able to prepare a comprehensive planned maintenance schedule with associated estimated cost budget for each item. This enabled our client to review their existing expenditure, programme and implement the works using their workforce in accordance with our recommendations.
