Objective:

To inspect the property alongside a Qualified EPC Assessor to determine the current EPC rating of the property and to provide a report with Budget Costs for various options on how our client could improve the EPC rating to a ‘B’ rating to comply with proposed changes to MEES Regulations.

 

Outcome:

AMC were able to inspect and issue our report within four days providing five separate options with budget cost for improvement works to achieve the required ‘B’ rating.
