9 industrial units

Objective:

A recent MEES inspection undertaken at these 9 industrial units to establish the condition and what energy efficiency improvement works could be conducted to help improve and safeguard against proposed Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating changes.

 

Outcome:

AMC established multiple existing and future potential non compliant EPC’s, as well as comprehensive condition related information for each property and the site as a whole.

From this we were able to establish suitable short, medium and long term solutions for each property and the site, as well as provide budget cost estimates for these solutions. This enabled our client to make the best informed decision regarding preferred and most effective solutions.
