Inspect, measure and undertake reinstatement cost assessment for insurance purposes

 

Outcome:

Following acquisition of this light industrial trade counter building by our client, AMC were instructed to inspect, measure and prepare a reinstatement cost assessment.

Using our experience and knowledge of insurers and insurance brokers requirements, we were able to provide our client with both guidance as well as carefully calculated figures from our assessment, which enabled our client to obtain competitive quotations with the reassurance that from our assessment, their building would adequately insured going forward.
