Objective:

To undertake a pre-acquisition survey of this leasehold acquisition on behalf of the tenant.

 

Outcome:

Pre-lease agreement and occupation by our client, we were instructed to undertake a pre-acquisition building condition survey.

Following appointment, we were able to undertake our survey within 5 days, inspect and report on the condition of all keys areas of the building and assess our client’s potential liability going forward, enabling them to make a better-informed decision before commitment to the proposed lease terms.
