Objective:

AMC were instructed by our client to carry out a Pre-Acquisition Building Survey prior to their proposed letting of the property.

 

Outcome:

AMC carried out a thorough inspection of the property including a drone survey of the roof and high-level areas.

AMC identified several defects within the property and supported our client by providing a detailed breakdown and associated budget cost estimates to assist with budgeting to rectify the issues and protect our client’s position regarding potential Dilapidations Liability at the end of the lease.
