Objective:

Inspect and review defective new-build works throughout the premises.

 

Outcome:

AMC’s appointment was made following issues with a Contractor as well as concerns over the accuracy of the building construction and layout.

Our inspection included review of the structure built including the proposed drawings and the quality of workmanship implemented throughout the works.

Our inspection identified a number of significant failings in both compliance with the drawings, as well as sub-standard and inappropriate construction methods used.

With the assistance of their appointed legal team and our expert report, our client was able to successfully pursue the and win their claim against the Contractor in court.
