Objective:

Inspect and identify maintenance needed over the next 10 years to assist with improved maintenance and service charge budgeting.

 

Outcome:

AMC were appointed to inspect and identify maintenance needed over the next 10 years at this large character multi-occupied gated residential apartment building situated within extensive grounds, to assist our client with implementation of on-going maintenance works and service charge budgeting.

Our inspection included all roofs, external areas of the building, as well as all elements within the estate boundary.

Due to the nature of the building, original features and ornate stonework, consideration for sympathetic and in keeping works were needed, to ensure these elements were correctly maintained and budgeted for going forward.

From this we were able to prepare a comprehensive planned maintenance schedule with associated estimated cost budget for each item.
