For those who weren’t aware, Japanese Knotweed can grow at a rate of 1 foot per week during summer months and up to/between 2 – 3m in height, with the possibility of extensive damage and spread occurring if left untreated, demonstrating the importance of Landlord and Tenant due diligence before acquisition
