Objective:

Inspect and review defective works throughout the premises.

 

Outcome:

AMC’s appointment was made following extensive issues experienced by our client following commencement of the work by the Contractor.

Our inspection included review of all elements externally and internally, reviewing the proposed drawings whilst inspecting the quality of workmanship implemented throughout the works.

Our inspection identified a number of significant failings in the building work undertaken, health and safety compliance as well as failure to meet building regulation requirements. both in planning and implementing the work.

From our inspection and report, our client was able to better understand the extent of the issues at hand and with the assistance of their appointed legal team, terminate the contract and look to undertake rectification and completion works via an alternative more suitably skilled contractor.
