Objective:

Inspect and review defective roof works undertaken.

 

Outcome:

AMC’s appointment was made following leaks experienced by our client following completion of roof installation work by the Contractor.
Our inspection included review of all areas in close proximity as well as further away from the affected areas, reviewing the proposed drawings, specification information whilst inspecting the quality of workmanship evident.
Our inspection identified a number of failings and extensive attempts at retrospective repair. Our comprehensive export report confirmed this and allowed our client to pursue this matter legally via their appointed solicitor.
