Dilapidation’s

Objective:

Prepare a terminal schedule of dilapidations in accordance with an upcoming lease expiry date.

 

Outcome:

Following expiry of the tenant’s lease term, AMC were appointed to inspect and prepare a schedule of dilapidation’s against the tenant.

Our inspection identified a number of breaches which was included within our claim and formally served on the tenant by our client’s solicitor.

Appointed to provide dilapidation negotiation services, AMC were able to negotiate a financial settlement to conclude the matter.
