Objective:To undertake dilapidation reinstatement works following tenant vacation to rectify lease breaches and assist with re-letting of the property.
In accordance with the previous tenant’s lease agreement, AMC prepared a costed schedule of dilapidations. From this we prepared a specification and comprehensive tender package which was tendered, analysed and a principle contractor appointed.
AMC administered and oversaw the building contract through to practical completion, working closely with the Contractor and Client to ensure not only was the construction programme maintained, but all dilapidation related works were undertaken in accordance with the initial claim against the tenant were undertaken.
The following works were completed and delivered to our client ready for re-letting which included;
- Isolated reinstatement works
- Internal repairs and making good works
- Internal carpet and floor covering replacement
- Redecoration throughout
Repair and certification of all existing M&E installations.
