Objective:

To undertake a pre-acquisition assessment of this potential freehold investment on behalf of our owner/occupier client.

 

Outcome:

Following our appointment and arranging of access, we were able to;

• Undertake our survey within 5 days of appointment
• Provide our client with an initial executive summary report with legal enquiries raised within 1 day
• Provide our fully comprehensive survey report within 7 days of inspection

Additional services were instructed by our client which enabled us to optimise and add value to our time on site. These additional services included;

1. Reinstatement Cost Assessment
2. Capital Allowances pre-qualification review

By undertaking these specialist services early on in the acquisition phase,

provided our client not only a technical and comprehensive understanding of the building, but also ensured sufficient building insurance cover was in place as well as an opportunity to review potential capital allowance savings.
