Objective:

To inspect and assess the current condition of the premises as well as the current non-compliant EPC rating.

 

Outcome:

Our client was aware of the current issues associated with non-compliant EPC rating, namely the inability to legally re-let the premises once vacant. AMC were able to inspect, review, design and specify several solutions with estimated budget costs, to achieve minimum EPC rating compliance, as well as an increased EPC rating, allowing the client to budget ready for works to be undertaken at later date following existing tenant vacation.
