Objective:

AMC were instructed by the tenant to carry out a PMP (Planned Maintenance Programme) for the property to assist with planning and budgeting for repairs over the course of their lease.

 

Outcome:

AMC were able to inspect the whole of the premises and provide a 10 year PMP report with budget costs detailing and prioritising all maintenance works and repairs required for a 10 year period.  AMC were able to issue to report within 5 working days of the competing the inspection.
