Objective:

AMC were instructed by a housing association client to carry out a defect analysis inspection to identify the causes of leaks and water ingress to various flats.

 

Outcome:

AMC were able to provide a detailed report identifying possible causes for the reported issues with recommendations for further investigations and suitable remedial works along with budget costs. AMC re-attended alongside the client and their contractor to provide a furthermore intrusive roof level inspection from scaffolding and were able to update the report allowing the client to instruct their contractor to carry out the necessary remedial works.
