Objective:

Inspect and review all roofs to all buildings and prepare a condition report for service charge budgeting.

 

Outcome:

AMC’s appointment was made following several existing and historic leaks being reported by residents.

Several apartment buildings form the site, all of similar age and construction. It was therefore, determined that an inspection of all roofs were needed to ensure that a full understanding of the current condition is obtained, to enable a better understanding of what works need to be budgeted for within the service charge and over what period of time.

AMC arranged for high level access and undertook an inspection of all roof coverings to all buildings, from this, we were able to provide our detailed condition report as well as estimated budget cost figures for a number of repair and replacement options.
