Objective:

To undertake a cost appraisal in relation to a proposed new build and large-scale refurbishment project for our Developer client.

 

Outcome:

AMC were appointed to review architect’s proposals and to establish likely costs associated with a redevelopment proposal located within the East Midlands.
Both a desktop and site inspection review was undertaken, from this, we were able to promptly establish likely costs for our clients review and consideration.
