Objective:

To review architect proposals, historic costings, inspect and establish likely costs associated with such a re-development and new build development.

 

Outcome:

AMC were appointed to review architect’s proposals and historic costings to establish current day pricing accuracies and likely costs associated with a speculative scheme in Derby.
Both a desktop and site inspection review was undertaken which included inspection of the roof and high level elements via drone by one our in house drone pilots.
From this, we were able to promptly review both the historic costs and establish likely new additional costs which are likely now be applicable.
In addition to this and noting the extent of the costs we also provided a cost appraisal for full demolition and rebuild which was an option not considered previously.
This approach then enabled our client to consider both options before proceeding.
