Objective:

To establish necessary cyclical maintenance works and provide budget costs to the client allowing them to budget effectively for works to be undertaken.

 

Outcome:

AMC were appointed to identify necessary cyclical maintenance works externally and internally, this was achieved by undertaking a site inspection of the property, taking on site measurements and inspecting high level elements via drone by one of our in house drone pilots.

AMC were able to assist our client in budgeting effectively which ensured the client was able to successfully schedule in necessary cyclical maintenance works to the property.
