Objective:

To review architect proposals, historic costings, inspect and establish likely costs associated with such a re-development and new build development.

 

Outcome:

AMC were appointed to identify and appoint on our clients behalf several locally based consultants including architect and local valuer, obtain detailed proposals for several options, provide cost appraisals for each option, likely post works value of each option, as well as identify likely yield returns from each of the options.
Both a desktop and site inspection was undertaken which included inspection of the roof and high level elements via drone by one our in house drone pilots.
Through careful selection, AMC and our recommended consultants were able to fulfil our clients requirements which in turn enabled our client to establish most appropriate route and make a better informed decision.
