Objective:

AMC were instructed by a housing association client to provide Contract Administration & Principal Designer Services for retaining wall repairs to a garden wall to a residential block in Harpenden.

 

Outcome:

AMC were able to work with the client’s structural engineer to prepare a schedule of works and tender documents, competitively tender the works, prepare contract documents and administer the contract through to completion. The works were successfully delivered within the agreed contract sum.
